Project background: The former Hyundai modified factory in South Korea has been established for nearly 20 years and will be acquired by a well-known industry enterprise in 2023 as a production base in southern China. Two Kobelon and three JSW steel production lines have not been started up for three years. The original production process is outdated, the equipment is old, in disrepair, and the components are missing, making it impossible to start up normally.

Solution: Based on the production process of the customer's product and the actual situation on site, according to the construction plan and design scheme of the automated and intelligent modified factory, comprehensively update and transform: feeding system, host and feeding control system, water-cooled strip cutting system, automatic drying and homogenization VOC removal storage system, automatic weighing and packaging system, water, electricity, utility engineering and environmental protection system.

Implementation effect: After the renovation, all production lines were successfully started and put into operation, approaching the level of a newly built production line, and leveraging the performance advantages of high-end extruders.
